- ADHD or Asperger's Syndrome
- Social Anxiety Disorder, Avoidant Personality Disorder
- Oppositional Defiant Disorder
- Mild to Moderate Depression
- Learning Disabilities
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Social Shyness, Selective Mutism
- Semantic-Pragmatic and Nonverbal Learning Disorders

- Mental retardation,
- Classical autism (except for very High-Functioning Autism)
- Violence at school during the past year, (Does not include oppositional behavior or fighting with siblings)
- Active psychosis within the past two years
- Substance abuse within the past two years.
